About the event

'Pulse’ workshops were developed and are facilitated by military spouses who have personal experience living with the challenges of supporting someone in uniform. They have created an engaging and interactive workshop to offer families of first responders the opportunity to learn:

- The basics of resilience and how to develop it

- Strategies including the 90/10 principle

- The importance of self compassion and how to create a self care plan

- A tool to help step back and look at challenging situations
